Product Advantages
The four-point riveting design is more solid, making its breaking torque reach ≥25N.m. The disc spring gasket is made of super-hard SS301 material with high corrosion resistance. In the gasket compression test (fixed value 8N.m) on five groups of spring gaskets, the rebound volume remained above 99%. The screw is made of $S410 material, which is harder and tougher than austenitic stainless steel. The lining helps to maintain a constant sealing pressure. The steel belt, mouth guard, base, and end cover are all made of SS304 material. It has excellent stainless corrosion resistance, good intergranular corrosion resistance, and high toughness.
