Description

How it works

Compressed air enters the power chamber of the pneumatic tool to push the piston or blade to move, which in turn drives the transmission mechanism to rotate or clamp the working head. When tightening the clamp, the working head applies torque to tighten the clamp; when loosening the clamp, the reverse operation is performed to loosen the clamp.

Application scenarios

Widely used in the installation and removal of clamps in industries such as automobile manufacturing, mechanical processing, pipeline installation, and home appliance production. For example, in the assembly process of automobile engines, clamps are used to tighten various pipelines; in pipeline installation projects, clamps that connect pipelines are quickly installed and removed.
