Working principle and structural design
Crimp mechanism: The clamp is cold-pressed by special tools (such as crimping pliers) to make the clamp fit tightly to the outer wall of the hose to form a gapless 360-degree seal.
Single ear design: The common single ear structure is formed by stamping. The ear provides a crimping point to ensure uniform force and avoid damage to the hose.
Material properties: Usually 304 or 316 stainless steel is used, which has the ability to resist corrosion and high and low temperatures (-40℃ to +200℃), and is suitable for fuel, hydraulic oil, water and other media.
