1. High-strength connection performance: The unique dovetail joint structure is adopted. 2. Diverse material selection
W1: The whole is made of fully galvanized steel, and galvanized steel, carbon steel, low-carbon steel and other types are also available. The galvanizing treatment makes it have good rust resistance and can adapt to environments such as the automotive industry and the gas industry that have certain requirements for corrosion resistance. At the same time, materials such as carbon steel ensure sufficient strength.
W2: The clamp band and the shell are made of stainless steel 201, and the screws are made of galvanized steel (cross head design). Stainless steel 201 has certain corrosion resistance and strength. When paired with galvanized steel screws, it not only ensures the overall fastening performance of the clamp, but also reduces the cost to a certain extent. It is suitable for fields that are more sensitive to cost and have certain anti-corrosion requirements, such as some ordinary mechanical parts connection.
W4: The whole is made of all stainless steel 300 series material (slotted head design). Stainless steel 300 series has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain good performance in environments with high humidity and chemical corrosion risks. Industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and sewage treatment have extremely high requirements for hygiene and corrosion resistance. W4 clamps can meet these scenarios well.
3. Accurate size specifications: A wide range of sizes, from smaller pipe diameters such as 8-12mm to larger pipe diameters of 240-262mm and other specifications are available. And the bandwidth has different standards such as 9mm and 12mm, which can accurately adapt to pipes or components of various diameters, meet diverse industrial installation needs, and ensure tight fit and stable connection during installation.
4. Good adjustability: Equipped screws such as hexagonal screws, cross screws, etc., with corresponding wrenches (such as 7mm wrenches suitable for W4 and other models), can easily tighten the clamps, and can flexibly adjust the tightening force according to the actual installation situation to achieve precise torque control. The general torque range is 5 – 9N.m, ensuring that the components can be reliably fixed under different working conditions to prevent loosening or leakage.
5. Safety design: The edge of the clamp is inclined and smooth, which effectively eliminates the risk of damage to the hose and other connecting parts. During the tightening process, the hose will not be cut or worn due to the sharp edge, which improves the safety and reliability of the entire connection system and extends the service life of the connecting parts.
